We have recently signed up to The Social Care Commitment, It is made up of seven 'I will' statements, with associated tasks.

Each commitment will focus on the minimum standards required when working in care. The commitment aims to increase public confidence in the care sector and raise workforce quality in adult social care.

There are many reasons why we have signed up to the Social Care Commitment.

  • To reach the standards of care required

  • To support staff training

  • To raise public confidence in the care sector and to be recognised as a quality provider

  • To help find and keep workers

  • To meet wider workforce requirements
