Our staff at Community Places are all up to date with the latest knowledge on understanding the conditions we have and the difficulties we have regarding this, our staff are trained in MAV training, low arousal, physical intervention, VNF, epilepsy, dignity champions, end of life, all the conditions we deal with and may encounter, we make sure that staff are prepared and trained in advance for these situations to prevent any harm to Residents or staff.
